The game is free to play. Some tech bros and their islands can be unlocked with a one-time payment (Billionaire Pack or single bros). Prices are shown before payment and include VAT. There is no subscription.
Payment is handled by Stripe. The seller is Nomads Digital Kft.
The unlock is digital content delivered right after payment and stored in your browser on that device. You can restore it on another device or browser with the e-mail address used at checkout (shop → "Restore").
Right of withdrawal: as a consumer in the EU you normally have 14 days to withdraw from a purchase. For digital content this right ends once delivery has started with your express consent, which you give at checkout. If something does not work, write to us and we will sort it out or refund you.
The game is offered as is. Content may change as the game evolves; islands you unlocked stay unlocked.

Your progress (stars, settings, unlocks) is stored only in your browser's local storage. We do not run accounts and do not use tracking or advertising cookies.
When you buy something, Stripe processes your payment data and e-mail address as payment provider (Stripe privacy policy). We see the purchase, the e-mail address and the amount, and use them only to deliver and restore your unlock and for our legally required bookkeeping.
The game is hosted by Vercel, which processes technically necessary server logs (such as IP addresses) to deliver the pages.
You have the right to access, correct and delete your data and to complain to a supervisory authority. Contact us at the address above.
